Privacy
We collect only what we need to reply to you: the name, email, company and message you send through the contact form, and basic, anonymous analytics about how the site is used.
Your details are used to answer your enquiry and, if we work together, to run the engagement. We never sell or share them for marketing. Form submissions are stored with our hosting provider in the EU and deleted after 24 months without contact.
You can ask to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you at any time — write to hello@oryven.studio and we will respond within 30 days.
Terms
Every engagement starts with a written proposal that sets out scope, timeline, fees and deliverables. Work begins once the proposal is signed and the first invoice is paid.
Fees are quoted in GBP and exclude VAT. Project fees are invoiced 50% up front and 50% on delivery; retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 14 days.
Full rights to the final, approved work transfer to you on final payment. We may show the work in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.
